When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me skating, playing softball, or off somewhere learning something new — the perfect mix of energy, competition, and quiet recharge that keeps me grounded and inspired.
Professionally, I’m certified as an ISSA Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Strength & Conditioning Coach, giving me the tools to guide clients through every layer of their transformation — from fueling their bodies to building strength to shifting their mindset.
While coaching, I have spent years in management, leading teams, developing systems, and helping people grow. That experience taught me how to communicate clearly, motivate effectively, and create structure that actually works in the real world.
And with an engineering degree, I bring a systematic, analytical approach to every client’s journey. I don’t guess — I assess. I break big goals into clear steps, identify the root of the problem, and build solutions that are practical, personalized, and sustainable.
